Pueblo, CO – Members of the Pueblo Fire Department bike team participated in an educational ride organized by the Fountain Creek Watershed District along Fountain Creek and surrounding watershed project areas.
The event gave firefighters an opportunity to learn more about ongoing conservation efforts, water quality initiatives, and environmental protection work being carried out in the region. Organizers shared information about the watershed system and the importance of maintaining healthy waterways for the community.
During the ride, the bike team engaged with representatives from the Fountain Creek Watershed District and observed various project sites aimed at improving and preserving the local environment.
