New Lounge Opens at Colorado Springs Airport, Enhancing Traveler Experience

Colorado Springs, CO — Travelers passing through the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) now have access to a brand-new lounge aimed at enhancing their airport experience. The newly opened lounge offers a variety of amenities, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a selection of snacks, and meals served throughout the day—ranging from breakfast to dinner.

This lounge is available to travelers who hold a Priority Pass membership, as well as those who purchase a day pass for $38 or opt for a yearly membership at $199. The airport, which anticipates serving about 2.5 million passengers in 2025, expects the lounge to be a welcome addition to its growing facilities.

The opening of the lounge comes as Colorado Springs Airport continues to evolve. “Colorado Springs Airport was and is a small airport,” said Alex Kovacs, Assistant Director of COS Airport. “However, for the last four years, since the addition of Southwest Airlines to the lineup of airlines serving the Colorado Springs Airport, we’re taking big steps and growing.”

As the airport sees increased traffic, the addition of this lounge reflects the desire to improve passenger comfort and convenience. The lounge is designed to offer a peaceful retreat for travelers looking to unwind before their flights.

The $38 day pass and the $199 annual pass provide flexible access for those who wish to enjoy a more comfortable airport experience. With the growth of passenger traffic at COS, including new airline services like Southwest Airlines, this lounge is a step forward in meeting the needs of modern travelers.

Colorado Springs Airport officials are hopeful that the new lounge will continue to enhance the customer experience as the airport evolves to serve more passengers in the coming years.
