Fountain Man Arrested in Child Exploitation Investigation

Fountain, CO – A man from Fountain has been arrested in connection with a sexual exploitation of children investigation, according to the Fountain Police Department.

On Wednesday morning, around 10 a.m., officers arrested 30-year-old Nicholas Loyer following an extensive investigation. Loyer has been booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on charges of sexual exploitation of children, including the distribution of exploitative material and the creation or possession of moving visual images involving children.

Authorities have confirmed that Loyer is being held without bond while the investigation continues.

Detectives are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying any additional victims or witnesses.
